The Corn Hall is a magnificent Grade II listed building, originally opened in 1854. Located in the heart of historic Diss, at the head of the Heritage Triangle, the Corn Hall is on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk and at the Gateway to the Waveney Valley. It originally acted as a Corn Exchange and this continued right up to the 1990s. Following an extensive renovation and extension, completed in 2017, It is now a thriving Arts Venue benefitting from both period features and modern facilities.
Just a stone’s throw away from Diss Registry Office and a short stroll from St Mary’s Church, The Corn Hall is the ideal venue for a wedding reception. Our traditional entrance with its imposing columns and steps makes for stunning photography, with the local park and mere close at hand for sunny days.
Our main hall, with its historic features, comfortably seats up to 120 guests. For smaller gatherings we can offer our Waveney Room or Chamber as an alternative, which each seat up to 40 guests.
