CLASSES & MEETINGS

A number of regular classes and meetings are held at The Corn Hall. Below are a list of those currently running. You can find more details further down the page.

WEEKLY GROUPS

Tuesdays 9:30am – 10:30am

TOTS TUESDAYS

A free group for babies and children ages 0-5 years.

Wednesdays 1:30pm – 2:30pm

MEET UP WEDNESDAYS

Fed up with your own company? Meet others here and connect with your community, make friends and build confidence in a local and friendly environment.

MONTHLY GROUPS

2nd Monday 10:00am – 1:00pm

TIME WITH FRIENDS – DEMENTIA CAFÉ

Time with Friends offers friendship and support for people living with dementia and their carers. This FREE group meets on the second Monday of every month here at The Corn Hall from 10:00am – 1:00pm.

Each meeting involves a fun activity, refreshments and a light lunch (with a small contribution). For more information, please email operations@thecornhall.co.uk.

3rd Tuesday 2:00pm – 3:30pm

THE ARTS SOCIETY DISS

The Arts Society Diss meets in The Corn Hall on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (except July and August). Doors open at 1.45pm.

They are part of the national Arts Society and exist to explore, discover and encourage others to develop their interest in the arts – Painting, Sculpture, Music, Film, Architecture, Theatre, Jewellery, Antiques etc. All speakers are nationally accredited lecturers in their own field.

They have over 200 members (at £45 per year). They welcome new members and visitors to ‘taste and see’ an afternoon’s presentation (£5).
