Albert Irvin & John Golding
An exhibition in the Main Gallery
Albert (Bert) Irvin RA and John Golding represent the fore of the recent British response to the revolutionary post-war Abstract Expressionist movement. Exuberant and bold, the paintings and prints of Irvin are as distinctive as they are energetic. A celebrated art historian and curator, Golding’s work is no less vivid, but more contemplative. Both artists’ work is in the Tate and other major collections. All work is for sale.
