Tuesday 24th March
In response to the Prime Minister's announcement last night, the Corn Hall will be closed and our programmed shows will be suspended until further notice. We will continue to update this page as the situation progresses.
We understand that for those of you who have already booked tickets, this will be a disappointment and an inconvenience but the health and safety of our customers, volunteers and staff is the most important thing and we must all play our part to minimise the spread of the virus.
Given that we do not know how long we may need to suspend our events, we will at this stage only be contacting customers with tickets booked for events scheduled in the next 3 weeks, or in cases where the company has postponed the original date. Where possible, we are working to reschedule shows to future dates and will be in touch to advise of these, or to arrange credit vouchers or refunds.
The impact of the COVID-19 virus is a real and serious threat to the Corn Hall which, as a charity, receives no external funding. We are determined to survive but we need your help urgently. Please consider converting your refund or your credit voucher to a donation.
If you would like to know more about how you can help the Corn Hall, please email [email protected]
If you have tickets for an event coming up in the next couple of days and you have not yet received any communication from us, this probably means that we do not have up-to-date information for you. In this case please email the Box Office [email protected].
Because of our secure cloud based systems, a number of our dedicated Box Office volunteers will be working remotely to answer emails to our Box Office, [email protected]
We very much look forward to opening our doors and welcoming you into the Corn Hall just as soon as it is safe to do so. Meanwhile, thank you all for your understanding, patience and support over this difficult period.
