Health Walk for the Mind & Body
As part of Creativity and Wellbeing week why not join local artist Becky Whatley on a brisk health walk, taking in the natural surroundings through an artist’s perspective. Not only excellent for mental and physical health, walking within a group is a great social activity and Becky will answer questions and discuss observations at the end of the walk (bring your camera to take pictures if you want).
Starts and finishes at the Corn Hall foyer. Book your free place at the Box Office, or just turn up!
