Jon Lawrence – Good Grief

Author, musician and adventurer Jon Lawrence, presents a poignant, moving, yet amusing one-man show detailing his remarkable treks over five deserts on five continents to raise money for a cancer charity in memory of his father. 

In an intimate show which incorporates footage from some of the most remote landscapes on earth (Sahara, Atacama, Wadi Rum, Mojave and Rangipo), as well as original acoustic music and poetry, Jon explains how his journey enabled him to deal with grief and depression.
