Performance Circus Workshops – with Hocus Pocus Theatre
Venue: The Corn Hall
Roll up! Roll up! and run away with a circus themed theatre project this summer culminating in a celebration performance at Fair Green in July.
Inspired by the local legend of the Diss Elephants and other circus heritage stories the group will meet weekly to devise an outdoor performance piece.
Led by Artistic Director of Hocus Pocus Theatre Lucy Enskat, the sessions will incorporate games, clown techniques, improvisation exercises and collaborative performance. Weaving a magical narrative together the group will co-create the show from scratch and be supported with elements of costume design, sound and production too!
