Techne – Nicola Hockley
An exhibition in the Upstairs Gallery
Box Office Hours
A response to the restoration of the Corn Hall, in dialogue with Hudson Architects (Norwich), Nicola Hockley aims to communicate the concept, ambition and scope of the project by highlighting the story of the textile industry in the region and to emphasise the former function of the Corn Hall as a grain exchange. Five woven interventions and one publication are the result of this line of inquiry.
More work by Nicola may be seen at Diss Museum until Oct 2017.
Evening viewing Tuesday 16 May 6.30-7.45pm
