Grain Bar at the Corn Hall
The Grain bar is run by Grain Brewery, located in the Waveney Valley of South Norfolk, 10 miles east of Diss. The area is characterised by its vibrant yet tranquil river and its mile upon mile of stunning views across some of the richest farm land in England. It is in one of these farms that Grain found the perfect location for our brewery. South farm in Alburgh (pronounced Arrrrrbraa) has been owned and operated by the Bond family for three generations, and it is their old dairy that has been converted into the brewhouse and cellars.
Grain is one of the region’s leading brewers of traditional and contemporary cask and keg beers, as well as an exciting range of bottled and canned beers, inspired by beers from across the world. Grain believes in creating the very best beers, and has a host of awards to its name, including the CAMRA Champion Beer of Norfolk four years in a row. The same quality is applied to its selection of wine, spirits, mixed and soft drinks, drawing on its experience from its three owned pubs, The Plough, St Benedict’s St, and The Cottage, Silver Rd, both in Norwich, and The Spread Eagle in Ipswich.
The Grain Bar at the Corn Hall is open from 6.30pm before events.
