The Corn Hall Diss is a registered charity. By playing our lottery you will be helping us to raise much-needed funds to continue to offer a wonderful range of exciting and inspiring arts activities to a wide range of audiences. And, of course, you will be in with a chance to win £200 in our monthly lottery draw too!
Register today using the form here and we’ll be in touch to set up your lottery account. Simply tell us how many balls you’d like, up to a maximum of 5 balls per person, set up your direct debit with us and we’ll place you into our next draw.
The Corn Hall Diss Lottery Prize Draw takes place on the 19th of each month. The winner will be contacted directly via the email that they have registered with and their name will be posted here on our website.
Each Ball costs £2.50 per month, taken via Direct Debit, around the 3rd of each month. Draw down around 19th of every month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 The Corn Hall Diss Monthly Prize Lottery (“the Lottery”) is operated by The Corn Hall Diss (“the Organiser”).
1.2 By entering the Lottery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Legal Compliance
2.1 The Lottery is a Small Society Lottery licensed and registered with South Norfolk Council.
2.2 The Lottery is operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
2.3 The Corn Hall Diss is a registered charity (Charity No: 1136553), and all proceeds from the Lottery, after payment of prizes and reasonable expenses, will be used to support the charitable aims and activities of The Corn Hall Diss.
2.4 The Lottery is not open to anyone under the age of 16. Any entries from individuals found to be under 16 will be refunded and excluded from the draw.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Lottery is open to individuals aged 16 or over.
3.2 Trustees and volunteers of The Corn Hall Diss, and their immediate family members, may enter unless otherwise stated. Employees of The Corn Hall Diss are not eligible to enter.
3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally entitled to participate.
4. Entry and Payment
4.1 Each entry (“Lottery Ball”) costs £2.50 per number per month.
4.2 You may purchase as many Lottery Balls as you wish.
4.3 Payment is made via Direct Debit, collected on or around the 3rd of each month.
4.4 To participate, you must register online at www.thecornhall.co.uk/lottery . You will then be contacted to set up your Direct Debit.
4.5 Entries will only be included in the draw once payment has been successfully received.
5. The Draw
5.1 The prize draw will take place on or around the 19th of each month.
5.2 One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
5.3 The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
6. Prizes
6.1 The prize for each monthly draw is £200.
6.2 Prizes are non-transferable and will be paid to the winner by bank transfer within 14 days of the draw.
6.3 The Corn Hall Diss reserves the right to withhold payment if there is any dispute over eligibility or payment status.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at registration.
7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
8. Responsible Gambling
8.1 The Corn Hall Diss is committed to promoting responsible gambling.

8.3 Participants may cancel their entry at any time by contacting The Corn Hall Diss Box Office.
9. Changes and Termination
9.1 The Corn Hall Diss reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2 The Lottery may be suspended or terminated at the Organiser’s discretion, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws and used solely for the purposes of administering the Lottery.

11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
