HOW TO BOOK

IN PERSON

The Box Office is located on the ground floor of the Corn Hall and is open from 10am – 4pm Monday – Saturday.

Calls are answered in order. You can book your tickets and make your payment by card over the phone.

Our lines can be very busy, particularly in the mornings. Please be patient and, if you reach our answering machine, do leave your details and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

BY POST
Please include your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and full details of your booking along with your cheque made payable to ‘Diss Corn Hall Arts Trust’. Please add £1.50 to your total booking should you wish your tickets to be posted. You can also email the Box Office using boxoffice@thecornhall.co.uk.

CHEQUES
Please make all cheques payable to ‘Diss Corn Hall Trust’. Cheques can only be accepted up to 21 days before the performance.

CHARGES
A booking fee of £2.50 applies per transaction regardless of your booking method – eg post, telephone, online or in person.
A £1.50 fee will be added to your booking should you wish your tickets to be posted.
