Booking fee.
The Corn Hall Diss does not receive any external funding and one of the ways in which the charity can ensure that the doors remain open is to have a booking fee. This fee goes towards our day to day running costs. We are currently reviewing how this is implemented.
Bookings made via telephone, online or in person are currently subject to a £2.50 transaction fee or a £1.50 booking fee which is included in the the face value of the ticket. This will be clearly stated on the website entry for the event. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the total amount.
By default, all tickets are now print at home e-tickets. These can be shown on a mobile device or in printed form when entering the auditorium. Tickets can be printed and/or posted on request at an additional fee of £4.50 per ticket.
Customers attempting to use tickets for an incorrect date or time will not be admitted.
By accepting the order and buying your ticket(s) and attending this/these event(s) you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
