John Lidzey – Watercolour in Close-Up

 Date: Saturday 4th October 

 Times: 10.30 am - 12.30 pm / 1.30pm - 3.30 pm 

 Tickets: £12.50 (half day), £25 (full day), £7.50 (student half day), £20 (student full day) *

 Duration: 2 or 4 hours 

 

 In the morning we will playfully explore some watercolour techniques used by John Lidzey and after lunch you will be gently guided in your own painting from a loose starting point. Join us for either morning or afternoon sessions or both. 

 

 Jacqui is an exhibiting artist and experienced art tutor of all ages who has lived and worked in Diss and the surrounding area for over 40 years at Diss High School, Flatford Mill and on Cruise Ships. Her connection with John Lidzey is that he bought her house ’The Dell’ and fulfilled her ambition of running an Art School from there. Suitable for adults of all levels of experience and ability from highly skilled artists to people who have not painted a picture since school. 

 

All equipment will be provided but please feel free to bring your own favourites.
